Do I need an appointment and do you take walk-ins?

We would greatly prefer for you to make an appointment, as walk-ins are a first come first serve biases. Your best bet would to be to call us at our main line and check on availability before coming over!

How long does it take to do the work on my vehicle?

Like our bodies, every car is different! Sometimes, the more generic jobs can take a bit longer than usual - and sometimes the harder jobs can be done much more efficiently! Scheduling an inspection to figure out the problems is the quickest way to understanding the timeframe.

Do you guys do warranty jobs?

We accept most warranty contracts! For more details, make sure to give us a call in advance to let us know who you deal with so we can get everything ready before you come in for your appointment.

Should I bring cash or card?

We take Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, and others. We also offer a 3% cash discount!

Do you guys charge for diagnostics for my vehicle?

While usually charging for diagnostics, at Fullserv should you choose to do the work here we have no problem waiving the fee to save you money!

How much is an Oil Change?

A regular synthetic Oil Change is $29.95 and a full synthetic oil change is $49.95.

Can you give me a ride to and from the mechanic shop?

For Oak Forest residents, we offer a service of picking you up and dropping you off to your home as long as it's scheduled properly!
