General Terms & Conditions

When entering the shops premises and engaging with our business, please understand that you are consenting to the following:

1) Whenever on the Fullserv Auto Care Specialists property, you are being recorded by the shops security systems at all times! Please understand this when engaging with the staff, and should any third party operatives need said footage, we will provide it to them should their reasonings be valid and circumstances align.

2) Fullserv Auto Care Specialists is capable of providing detailed estimates for the customers when requested - but all estimates are subject to change at any time! Price fluctuations within the industry, vendor availability, unforeseen circumstances can come up at any time, and ALL estimates should be viewed as a round about price frame until the vehicle is brought in, confirmed of the work, and processed accordingly by the shop.

3) Fullserv Auto Care Specialists operates on Cicero Avenue, a large and busy roadway that sees thousands of cars a day in passing. Restricting access to the shop, using our space as a turn around point for any means, and unauthorized soliciting on the property is not allowed and can be met with law enforcement if necessary.

4) While verbal authorization is allowed, all customers are not allowed to leave without a SIGNED COPY of a receipt or check in form. This form is given to new customers upon arrival of the shop, or offered to the customers upon releasing their vehicle during pickup. Please note, without a signature, the shop is allowed to withhold the vehicle until this requirement is filled - such as payment in full or otherwise.

5) We are not responsible for any third party involvements doing physical damage to vehicles within our shop lines. This includes Tow Trucks, Vender/Dealership Vehicles, Shop Service Vehicles, or otherwise. Please ensure you have your own insurance and liability, as we will happily provide video footage per request so long as it is stored within our systems.

6) Fullserv Auto Care Specialists accepts all forms of payment towards vehicles, however since December 2025, all customers must be aware that they are waiving their right to charge back any credit card processing that happens within the shop. Should a chargeback be identified - especially without just cause or reasoning with the shop firsthand - Fullserv Auto Care Specialists has a right to engaging in the full extent of the law to receive due payment for the services provided if an agreement has not come to pass.

7) Fullserv Auto Care Specialists works with numerous warranty companies, each with their own select rules and regulations regarding vehicles and their provided contracts. Be advised, every contract and company is unique, and there is a possibility of your vehicle being locked in with our shop for an extended period of time due to these processes. (See Warranty tab for more information) By committing to the shops policies, the customer is aware of this and is subject to any alterations given the circumstances provided above.

8) Fullserv Auto Care Specialists has a right to refuse service regarding any circumstances that would merit such. This may include disruptive behavior to our day to day operations, aggressive comments to the staff, and lacking commitment to the work and withholding authorization on a vehicle whilst taking up shop space.

Authorization for Repairs: By signing this form, the customer authorizes Fullserv Auto Care Specialists to perform the requested repairs, services, or diagnostics on the vehicle listed above. Additional repairs will not be performed without prior approval from the customer.

Estimates and Pricing: All estimates provided are subject to change based on further inspection or unforeseen issues. The customer will be notified of any significant deviations before proceeding with additional work.
Liability Disclaimer: Fullserv Auto Care Specialists is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
- Delays caused by unavailability of parts or external factors beyond our control (Shipping issues via dealership or weather, warranty company circumstances, etc).
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle or issues arising from prior repairs performed by other entities.
Warranty:
- Repairs and parts installed by Fullserv Auto Care Specialists are covered under a limited warranty of 1 year parts and 90 days on labor. BE ADVISED that this warranty can change based on your preference of parts as offered by the company.
- This warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items, improper use, or damage caused by customer negligence.
Storage Fees: Vehicles left at the shop for more than 7 days after repair completion will incur a storage fee of $25.00 per day unless prior arrangements are made.
Vehicle Retrieval: The customer must provide proof of payment and proper identification to retrieve their vehicle. Fullserv Auto Care Specialists reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all charges are paid in full.
Processing Authorization for Payments: The customer understands that any payments made with VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, etc., can not be charged back by the customer for any reason what so ever at all. They understand that their processing company will adhere to your signature on this agreement form.
Acknowledgment of Risks: The customer understands that repair work involves potential risks, including but not limited to further damage during testing or repair processes. Fullserv Auto Care Specialists will take all reasonable precautions to prevent such occurrences but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the services provided will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.

I, the vehicle owner, have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. I release Fullserv Auto Care Specialists, its employees, and agents from liability for any claims beyond the scope of this agreement.
